Thomas Nalenz
Thomas Nalenz ist seit dem 1. Januar 2021 Associate Partner bei der contagi DIGITAL IMPACT GROUP.
Er ist seit 25 Jahren als Rechtsanwalt tätig und war in verschiedenen Führungspositionen für Immobilien- und Industriekonzerne tätig. In seiner beruflichen Laufbahn war er für große Stadtentwicklungsprojekte in Ballungsräumen, Immobilienportfoliotransaktionen sowie die Sanierung, Erschließung und Veräußerung ehemaliger Industriegelände verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus hat er vielfältige Managementaufgaben in Unternehmen wahrgenommen, gesellschaftsrechtliche und organisatorische Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen initiiert und umgesetzt und verfügt dank seiner langjährigen Projektberatung und eigenen Unternehmensgründungen über ein breites Netzwerk in Industrieunternehmen und mittelständischen Betrieben. Er wird seine Projektentwicklungs- und Transaktionserfahrung in den Bereich Site & Project Development der contagi DIGITAL IMPACT GROUP einbringen und Akteure aus der Immobilienbranche, der Industrie und dem Rechenzentrumsbereich zusammenbringen, um neue Wertschöpfungspotenziale zu erschließen.
Thomas Nalenz studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Bochum, ist verheiratet und hat zwei Söhne. In seiner Freizeit liest er gerne, hört Musik, reist und fährt mit seinem Rennrad oder Mountainbike.

Thomas Nalenz has been an associate partner at contagi DIGITAL IMPACT GROUP since January 1, 2021.
He has been a lawyer for 25 years and has worked in various management positions for real estate and industrial groups. In his professional career, he has been responsible for large urban development projects in metropolitan regions, real estate portfolio transactions, and the redevelopment, preparation, and sale of former industrial sites. In addition, he has performed a variety of management tasks in corporations, initiated and implemented corporate law and organizational restructuring measures, and has a broad network in industrial companies and medium-sized businesses thanks to his many years of project consulting and his own company start-ups. He will contribute his project development and transaction experience to the Site & Project Development division of the contagi DIGITAL IMPACT GROUP and bring together players from the real estate industry, industry, and data centers to create new value creation potential.
Thomas Nalenz studied law in Bochum, is married, and has two sons. He enjoys spending his free time reading, listening to music, traveling, and cycling on his road bike or mountain bike.
