Jennifer Bechthold
Jennifer Bechthold ist seit März 2026 Senior Projektleiterin bei der contagi PERSONAL. Sie betreut Kunden und Kandidaten mit Schwerpunkt auf Positionen in den Bereichen Property, Construction & Engineering.
Jennifer stammt aus einer Handwerkerfamilie (TGA HKLS) und begleitet das Bauwesen seit mehr als 12 Jahren in beratender Funktion – sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich. Diese Verwurzelung ermöglicht ihr ein tiefes Verständnis für die Anforderungen und Besonderheiten der Branche und macht sie zur idealen Gesprächspartnerin für Kunden und Kandidaten gleichermaßen.
Als Projektleiterin betreut Jennifer alle Funktionen und Bereiche vollumfänglich und greift dabei auf das Team spezialisierter Researcher der contagi zurück – sowohl in ganz Deutschland als auch in der Schweiz.
Ihr absoluter Kern und ihre ausgewiesene Expertise liegen im Bereich Property & Construction in all ihren Ausprägungen – dies umfasst sämtliche Leistungsphasen der HOAI und der AHO, sowohl im Hochbau als auch im Tiefbau und über alle Assetklassen hinweg. Darüber hinaus deckt Jennifer spezialisierte Bereiche wie Siedlungswasserwirtschaft, den boomenden Zukunftsmarkt Data Center sowie Infrastruktur ab.
Privat liebt Jennifer die Freiheit – ob auf zwei Rädern als leidenschaftliche Motorradfahrerin oder in der Luft als Gleitschirmfliegerin. Den Boden unter den Füßen behält sie dabei buchstäblich auch zu Hause: Gemeinsam mit ihrem Verlobten saniert sie ihr Eigenheim – und gibt damit dem Bauwesen auch im Privatleben eine ganz persönliche Note. Im Juni 2026 geben sich die beiden das Ja-Wort.

Jennifer Bechthold has been a Senior Project Manager at contagi PERSONAL since March 2026. She supports clients and candidates, focusing on positions in the fields of property, construction, and engineering.
Jennifer comes from a family of tradespeople (building services engineering) and has been involved in the construction industry for more than 12 years in an advisory capacity—both professionally and personally. These deep roots give her a profound understanding of the industry’s requirements and unique characteristics, making her the ideal point of contact for clients and candidates alike.
As a project manager, Jennifer oversees all functions and areas comprehensively, drawing on the team of specialized researchers at contagi—both throughout Germany and in Switzerland.
Her core expertise lies in the field of Property & Construction in all its forms—this encompasses all service phases of the HOAI and AHO, in both building construction and civil engineering, and across all asset classes. In addition, Jennifer covers specialized areas such as municipal water management, the booming future market of data centers, and infrastructure.
In her personal life, Jennifer loves her freedom—whether on two wheels as a passionate motorcyclist or in the air as a paraglider. She literally keeps her feet on the ground at home, too: Together with her fiancé, she’s renovating their home—adding a very personal touch to the construction industry even in her private life. The couple will tie the knot in June 2026.
